The My Risks dashboard shows your notifications for risk treatment signoffs, and any risks that need assessing or reviewing. If you are a Risk Owner or Manager, any changes to your risks will be shown here too. You can use the toolbar buttons to filter the list, and change the periods shown.

Treatment Signoffs
You will see treatment signoff notifications if:
- You are the person responsible for signing off that a risk treatment is in place and operational.
- You are the nominated Risk Owner and the risk signoff is overdue or has been marked as non-compliant]
- You are a Risk Manager and risk signoffs associated with the portfolios you manage are overdue or have been marked as non-compliant. If no Risk Owner has been nominated, Portfolio Managers are default owners and will get these notifications.
- You are a Risk Escalation stakeholder of a certain risk score range, and the treatment signoffs associated with that risk score are overdue or have been marked as non-compliant.
- You are a Promaster. Promasters see their own signoffs as well as other signoffs that are overdue or marked as non-compliant.
Where a process has been associated with a treatment, you can click the [View Process] link to see it.
The [Sign Off] button confirms that the treatment has been carried out, or the treatment process is operational and effective. Add a note when signing off to confirm this.
If the treatment is still in progress, click [Action]. This shows that you are working on the treatment. This will change the status to [Under Action] to show other stakeholders that it’s not yet ready to sign off. The comment you leave here will be visible when you hover your mouse over the Users icon.
Marking a treatment as [Non-Compliant] indicates that the treatment isn’t in place, isn’t effective, or the process associated with the treatment has changed and needs to be reassessed before it can be accepted.
[Sign off for all] is an option available to Promasters, Risk Managers, Owners and escalation stakeholders. It will complete the treatment signoff for all required users at once.
Promasters and Risk Managers can enable email treatment reminders through the Risk configuration menu. These contain links to simple sign off pages, which are mobile-friendly.
You may be required to reenter your login details at this point, depending on how your site has been set up and the regulations around how your organisation manages risks.
