To add a new document through the My Documents dashboard, select the [Add a New Document] button in the top right.
There are 2 key ways of adding a document to Promapp, depending on the type of document and your storage systems.
- Upload: Use this if the document is only used in Promapp or you want to use Promapp as a basic document management system.
- Link: Link documents if you already have a document management system for your organisation. This is particularly useful if the document is confidential in nature or is likely to change frequently.
Promasters can restrict which methods are available to users through the configuration menu.
