Your documents are managed through the My Documents dashboard, also called the Document Library. Promapp associates documents with process groups, not just individual processes, so they’re able to be used multiple times in a business area. The Document Library lists them in one place for easy management.

The document list can be filtered with the process group list on the left or the document type tabs across the top. You can also search for specific documents, and create RSS feeds from your document library here.
