Document reviews ensure you have the latest and most relevant documentation attached to your processes. You can enable document reviews in the configuration menu.
Document owners are responsible for reviewing documents according to the set review periods. The default is set in the site configuration, but can be customised for any document from the document edit screen through the My Documents page. The next review date is calculated using the set review period, counted from the date of the last review. The review history can also be viewed in the edit panel through the My Documents page.
To set the default review period, navigate to [Admin>Configure>Dashboard>Default document review frequency]
Reviews for documents you own are shown on your Dashboard.
