Documents that are no longer valid or required can be archived. Once archived, documents are no longer visible in the document list, and won’t appear in search results. To archive a document, select the ‘bin’ icon from the edit screen on the My Documents view.

Only Promasters and document owners can archive a document, and only if it’s not associated with a process. If a document is still part of a process, you will need to edit the process and remove the document. Once the process is published without it, the document can be archived.

Promasters and Business Analysts can access the Document Archive, and Promasters can allow document owners to do the same through the configuration menu [Admin>Configure>Documents>Restrict archived documents]. Promasters also have the right to restore documents from the archive.
