Process Groups help organise your processes and provide levels of access and accountability for the processes within them. The Manage Groups tab allows you to rearrange processes and groups, and administer the key responsibilities for the groups.
Icons indicate the various groups and processes, with a [+] button to expand the structure. Folders represent groups, papers are processes and a pencil icon indicates an in-progress processes
From this page you can drag-and-drop processes and groups to reorder them. Right clicking on an icon or name gives you further options.
Create or Rename a Group
Creating a group from this menu will instantly create a group with the same permissions and stakeholders as the parent group it is created under. You’ll need to edit these details, and the group champion, objective and background from the group menu in the process view.
Renaming a group here is as easy as overwriting the name, and will update across your site.

Edit Permissions
Permissions decide who can see or access your process groups and processes. Using this option applies the selected permissions to the group in question, and any sub-groups.

Edit Stakeholders
Stakeholders are those with an active interest or responsibility in the process group. They include group editors, document owners, and - if you are using the Process Approval Workflow (PAW) - process approvers and publishers.

Document Only Groups
Document Only groups don’t house any processes, but act as a store for documents that may be referenced in various other processes. A document only group has permissions and stakeholders like any other group, but display a different icon and can’t be accessed through the process view.
