Map View

The Map view allows you to see the key activities in a process. Hovering your mouse over any element expands a pop-out with the detail of that step. You can drag and resize the map as required, and below the map is a summary of the process purposes, participants, suggestions, changes and documents as well as any time, system or tag information. This section can be expanded over the map by dragging the top edge or using the green chevron tab on the right.

Process Editors can choose not to display a Process Map by selecting ‘Text Only’ when they create or edit the process, which confines the process to a Procedure view only, or they can replace the map with an alternate image.

Procedure View

Procedure view is a text based version of the process, showing the steps in list form. This includes any tags, roles, attached documents and notes.

All the information from the footer of the Map view is available in the Procedure view, in the summary section at the top of the process or in the sections following the core process steps.

Edit View

Edit view is like the Procedure view in appearance, but this is where you can make changes to any part of the process.
