Governance roles are for those with the overall responsibility for process management in your organisation. They oversee the application and ultimate engagement with Promapp.
Each responsibility can be assigned to more than one person in large organisations or to recognise regional distinctions. The default titles can also be customised in the configuration menu.

Configuring Promapp
Exec Sponsor
The Exec Sponsor is responsible for promoting a process improvement culture. As a senior management figure, they provide a mandate to invest time and resources into improving process management organisation-wide.
Lead Process Champion
The Lead Process Champion actively supports Process Group Champions across the organisation, coordinating process improvement through forums and facilitating communication between other champions.
Process Group Champions
Process Group Champions oversee the maintenance and improvement of the processes within their area. They work with Process Owners and Experts to capture, improve and deploy great processes.
Process Group Champions are administered at the process group level.

System Admins (Promasters)
The Promapp System Admin is the primary point of contact for administrative tasks in Promapp. They manage user authentication, access rights, process and document structures and the usual Promaster responsibilities.
Promasters
