The My Changes section of the dashboard notifies you of any relevant changes to processes and documents that involve you. Where a company uses the Process Approval Workflow (PAW), this section will also highlight processes or documents awaiting approval.

Notifications
A User is notified of changes if they are:
- Process Stakeholders – Owners, Experts, or Participants
- Document Owners or uploaders
- Users with Document Editing permission
Under PAW, Process Approvers and Publishers also see notifications here.
You won’t get notifications about processes or documents that you have actioned, as obviously you know what changes you have made.
Some users will receive notifications for processes where one of their roles or responsibilities is involved. Promasters can disable dashboard notifications for the ‘All Staff’ role if they don’t want notifications for that role coming through on everyone’s dashboard.

Changes and Approvals List
The Changes and Approvals section can be filtered with the buttons along the toolbar, distinguishing new processes, document changes, process changes, and where relevant, documents for approval, processes for approval and processes for publishing. The list can be sorted by clicking on one of the column headers.
Hovering the mouse over the ‘Users’ icon [IMAGE?] will show a pop-up of the current approval status according to each of the relevant stakeholders.
