Process groups are a way to organise and manage your processes, arranging them in helpful categories and controlling who has access to them.
To create a process group, right click on an existing process group name in the sidebar on the Processes page, or for a top-level group, right-click on the organisation name there. Select [New Group] to create a new process group.
Only Promasters, Business Analysts and Process Champions can create new process groups. The below matrix shows the various rights and roles relating to process groups.
