Document only groups are set up to store documents, not processes, and can be used to support documentation you want to use in various places across your site. They’re identified by a special icon in the administration area [Admin>Manage Groups] and don’t appear in the process views.

Create a Document Only Group

View the group you want to use through the [Admin>Manage Groups] menu – you can create a new one to use from there too. Right-click on the group and choose [Convert to document only group]. You won’t be able to do this if the group is associated with any processes or sub-groups – even archived ones. Move or permanently delete any associated processes, or create a fresh group.
