Some activities in your process need to occur together. You can make an activity 'parallel' with the previous or following activity.

Click the cog icon alongside the activity and select either [Parallel with prev] or [Parallel with next] to make the activity a simultaneous step. The activities will share their activity number (differentiated by a decimal) and be denoted by a blue bar alongside them. In the map view the activity boxes will be side-by-side.
