Timeframes capture the time resources that a process consumes, and the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) section allows you to add additional stakeholders who have an interest in the process.

[Active Time] describes the actual time spent on the process activities. [Wait Time] includes any delays between steps, and covers the total period from the start of the current activity to the start of the next.

Checking the [Incl] box adds the step’s time to the total process time.
