Select the appropriate document type, and the process group you want to associate the document with. If you want to use the document on a variety of processes across your site, you may want to consider creating a Document-only group for storing it and others.
The Display Name is the title that the document will display under on Promapp. If you use document reference numbers, include that too as this field is searchable.

Linking Network Documents
Choose [Link to a network file] to add a document from a shared network drive.
Be sure the pathname is complete including the properly mapped shared drive (e.g. \\G: or \\Z: etc) You can’t link to a local file (i.e. one on your hard drive) as this won’t be available to other Promapp users viewing your processes.
If you are using Internet Explorer, linked documents won’t be available until you configure your browser to accept Promapp as a valid site. In your browser, open [Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites > Add] and add your Promapp URL to the list (E.g. https://go/promapp.com/mycompany)
Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers don’t support embedded local file downloads. When a user clicks the document link in these browsers the address will be displayed in a pop-up dialog with instructions to copy the network address and paste it into to address bar of their browser or Windows Explorer to open it.
