Promapp includes several document reports to help administer your site. Promasters can view a list of the reports through the [Admin>Reports] menu.

The Document List report shows all current documents in your site, including the type and processes they are attached to (where relevant). You can click on the title of the document to open/download the file, depending on your browser and the file type.

Deleted Documents lists any documents that have been removed from your site, which group(s) they were part of and when they were deleted.

If you have the document approval mode enabled, you can also view a Documents Awaiting Approval by Approver report, which shows any documents that are awaiting approval, listed by the person(s) responsible.
