The glossary records important terms and acronyms that may need further explanation or clarification. When they’re used in a process, Promapp adds a dotted underline to indicate that there is more information available. Hovering your mouse over one of these terms in a process brings up the description or definition that has been loaded in the glossary.
You can add glossary terms by using the [Add Glossary] button, and edit existing entries with the pencil icon.
You can also import a pre-existing glossary from a spreadsheet. Use the cog icon to select [Import Glossary] and download the template there if required. The existing glossary can be exported to a .csv or .pdf file with the buttons next to the cog.
